We are happy to refund or exchange goods if returned (at customers expense) within 7 days of purchase. This excludes custom made products unless faulty. This period can be extended at Christmas time, and if you find you are unable to return the goods within this period (due to holidays etc) simply contact us and we will be able to extend this term for you. If goods are damaged or otherwise below standard &  we will offer refund or exchange.  Please inform us at sales@speedsterstoves.co.uk if dissatisfied or if you are returning goods & we will email you a returns form to enclose with the returned goods.

The goods must be returned unused, and in the condition which they were sent out. We will not accept back used items.  Please complete the Return Form enclosed with the goods, and state clearly your requirements, whether you require exchange goods or refund.

Return the goods to the Post Office or other courier, and please ensure you retain a certificate of posting.
