Welcome to our on-line store Speedster Backpacking Products online shop. We offer a personalised, reliable service to our customers.

Our aim is to ensure that you, the customer will be a long term patron of our store.

You can view our complete range here on our website, and order the products you want on-line, confident that our level of customer service is always of the highest standard.  Payments are welcome through our Paypal payment system.  You can also also subscribe to our newsletter for updates on new items added to our store.

Secure Online Payment

We use Paypal to process your payments and hold no credit card information.

Delivery

Standard Delivery:- Dispatch is usually next day up to a maximum of 5 days.

Upon receiving your order, please check items to be correct and inform us as soon as possible (within two days of receiving your order) of any discrepancies.

Prices

Prices are liable to increase beyond our control. We will make every effort to maintain the prices published on our website, but from time to time we have to pass on prices increases from our suppliers. Payment is accepted in pounds Sterling (GBP) only.

VAT

Currently we do not charge VAT, however if this changes in the future the prices quoted on the website will be inclusive of VAT & a VAT invoice provided

Please note that while we make every effort to ensure that photographs and descriptions of our products are accurate, some details, such as colour, may not be a true representation.

These terms and conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.

Errors and omissions excepted.

Caution

Customers must be fully conversant in the principles & safe operation of their item.  We cannot be liable for consequences arising from incorrect usage of our products.   Always light stoves outdoors well away from combustible materials & vegetation.  Please check any local laws or bye laws covering camp stove use.  

Returns & Refunds

We are happy to refund or exchange goods if returned (at customers expense) within 7 days of purchase. This excludes custom made products. This period can be extended at Christmas time, and if you find you are unable to return the goods within this period (due to holidays etc) simply call us and we will be able to extend this term for you. If goods are damaged or otherwise below standard &  we will offer refund or exchange.  Please inform us at sales@speedsterstoves.co.uk if dissatisfied or if you are returning goods & we will email you a returns form to enclose with the returned goods.

The goods must be returned unused, and in the condition which they were sent out. We will not accept back used items.  Please complete the Return Form enclosed with the goods, and state clearly your requirements, whether you require exchange goods or refund.

Return the goods to the Post Office or other courier, and please ensure you retain a certificate of posting.
